At the Ultra-Broadband Forum (UBBF 2026), Richard Liu, Vice President of Huawei and President of ICT Marketing & Solution Sales, delivered a keynote speech titled “Beyond Connectivity, AI-Centric New Generation UBB Network Brings Intelligence Everywhere.” Richard Liu noted that AI is transforming the world at a speed surpassing any previous technological revolution in history.
