32 collectors from Colombo and Gampaha districts benefited from a comprehensive 3-day Business Plan Training Workshop, a joint initiative by Acted Sri Lanka and The Coca-Cola Foundation. Conducted by Industrial Services Bureau (ISB) consultants, including master trainer Mr. Ashoka Hewarathne and assistant trainer Mr. Mahinda Wickramasinghe, participants learned to develop tailored business plans focusing on income generation, employment, diversification, and growth. Special attention was given to increasing plastics collections, setting targets, and simplifying loan procurement processes while setting up strategies to help scale up businesses.
