Bairaha Farms PLC has been honoured with the Gold Award in the Poultry and Livestock Products Sector (Medium Category) at the 33rd Annual Export Awards, organised by the National Chamber of Exporters of Sri Lanka (NCE). This accolade highlights the Company’s outstanding contribution to Sri Lanka’s export sector and its strong performance during the year under review.
The NCE Export Awards are recognised nationally as the premier platform celebrating Sri Lankan exporters for sustained excellence and value creation. Winners are assessed across diverse criteria including export growth, market and product development, value addition, quality and environmental management systems, branding, innovation, research and development and governance practices.
Bairaha’s Gold Award reflects its robust export performance in 2025, driven by growth in value-added exports and an expanded premium product range. The company recorded 25% year-on-year increases in export volumes, in 2025 compared to 2024 supported by rigorous quality assurance processes and strict compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring consistency and reliability.
